ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ROBERT NESMITH ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 90689, 85733, 87445, AND 87395

WHEREAS, Robert Nesmith has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Robert Nesmith has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Robert Nesmith has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 90689, 85733, 87445, and 87395 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Robert Nesmith will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 90689, 85733, 87445, and 87395.
