ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF CHRISTOPHER RODIA ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 703297

WHEREAS: Christopher Rodia has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Christopher Rodia wants to pay these tax bills; and
WHEREAS: Christopher Rodia is asking for assistance with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account number 703297 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Christopher Rodia will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax account 703297.
