ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF MOHAMMAD M. MAHMODI ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 82083.

WHEREAS: Mohammad M. Mahmodi has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Mohammad M. Mahmodi as expressed an wiliness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS: Mohammad M. Mahmodi has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account number 82083 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Mohammad M. Mahmodi will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 82083.
