ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF SHAKYRA MENYFIELD ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 89655 AND 84617

WHEREAS, Shakyra Menyfield has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Shakyra Menyfield has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Shakyra Menyfield has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 89655 and 84617 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Shakyra Menyfield will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 89655 and 84617.
