ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF RODRIGO ECHEANDIA-LEON ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 83476, 65779, AND 65672

WHEREAS, Rodrigo Echeandia-Leon has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Rodrigo Echeandia-Leon has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Rodrigo Echeandia-Leon has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 83476, 65779, and 65672 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Rodrigo Echeandia-Leon will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 83476, 65779, and 65672.
