NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Alder Anna M. Festa be and hereby is declared elected as a Board of Alders representative to the Property Acquisition and Disposition Committee for the ensuing years of 2026 and 2027 and until a successor is duly elected and has qualified.
