ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF CHATAYIA BOBB ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 55193, 55194, 55367, 81133, 81134, AND 81135

WHEREAS, Chatayia Bobb has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Chatayia Bobb has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Chatayia Bobb has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 55193, 55194, 55367, 81133, 81134, and 81135 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Chatayia Bobb will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 55193, 55194, 55367, 81133, 81134, and 81135.
