ORDER OF THE BOARD OF ALDERS OF THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN TO ENTER INTO A FIVE-YEAR LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE GREATER NEW HAVEN TRANSIT DISTRICT FOR THE LICENSE AND USE OF A TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITY LOCATED AT EAST ROCK PARK, NEW HAVEN, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $7,200 PER YEAR AND TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS AND CONTRACTS AS NECESSARY.

WHEREAS, New Haven manages a telecommunications facility located at East Rock Park, New Haven, Connecticut; and

 

WHEREAS, New Haven has an interest in sharing its telecommunications facilities with the Greater New Haven Transit District; and

 

WHEREAS, the Greater New Haven Transit District has an interest in securing modern, reliable telecommunications facilities in the execution of its duties.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of Alders of the City of New Haven that the Mayor of the City of New Haven is authorized to enter into a five year license agreement with the Greater New Haven Transit District for the license and use of a telecommunications facility located at East Rock Park, New Haven, in an amount not to exceed $7,200 per year and to execute all documents and contracts as necessary.
