WHEREAS: Mr. Ojeda-Medina has old car taxes due for Grand List 2023, and
WHEREAS: Mr. Ojeda-Medina no longer has this car, and
WHEREAS: Mr. Ojeda-Medina states that he is too poor to pay, and
WHEREAS: Mr. Ojeda-Medina is requesting assistance from the Board of Alders with this old tax.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that for account number 88531 the taxes, interest, and fees be forgiven.
