ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JONATHAN ABADA ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 50107 AND 50108.

WHEREAS, Jonathan Abada has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Jonathan Abada has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Jonathan Abada has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 50107 and 50108 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Jonathan Abada will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 50107 and 50108.
