ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF HIPOLITO CAJIGAS ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 57232, 57235, AND 57566

WHEREAS, Hipolito Cajigas has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Hipolito Cajigas has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Hipolito Cajigas has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 57232, 57235, and 57566 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Hipolito Cajigas will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 57232, 57235, and 57566.
