WHEREAS: Mr. Smith had two vehicles in 2007, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Smith states that Motor Vehicles misspelled his name, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Smith is asking for assistance with these accounts.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account numbers 669197 and 704793 be forgiven 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Lindburg Smith.will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interests shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts 669197 and 704793.
