ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ABIGAIL RIVERA ROSARIO ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 94781 AND 94369

WHEREAS, Abigail Rivera Rosario has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Abigail Rivera Rosario has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Abigail Rivera Rosario has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 94781 and 94369 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Abigail Rivera Rosario will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 94781 and 94369.
