ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JANICE GIST ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 85614

WHEREAS: Janice Gist has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Janice Gist wants to pay these tax bills; and
WHEREAS: Janice Gist is asking for assistance with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account number 85614 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Janice Gist will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax account 85614.
