ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF KEVIN SNAPE ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 100458, 100407 AND, 99847

WHEREAS, Kevin Snape has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Kevin Snape has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Kevin Snape has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 100458, 100407 and, 99847 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Kevin Snape will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 100458, 100407 and, 99847.
