ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF TAUWANNA GOODMAN ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 70426 AND 85957.

WHEREAS: Tauwanna Goodman  has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

WHEREAS: Tauwanna Goodman has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

WHEREAS: Tauwanna Goodman  has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on the  account she owes and clearing on the account she does not owe as she sold the car;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the tax and interest for account 70426 be forgiven and the  interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 85957 be forgiven; and

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that the tax and interest for account 70426 be forgiven and that  Tauwanna Goodman pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, for account 85957 within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 85957.
