WHEREAS: Ms. Douglass had tax accounts added from information from MTS in 2009, and

WHEREAS: The Assessor’s office mistakenly crated two accounts, and

WHEREAS: These accounts were both paid in 2013, and

WHEREAS: The Assessor’s office admits to this mistake and has asked the Board of Alders to correct it because it is past the date where they can make the correction.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that any outstanding interest, fees, and taxes be forgiven for account numbers 773576 and 756189 be forgiven.
