ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ANTNISH HEARD ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 73347, 73640, AND 86758

WHEREAS, Antnish Heard has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Antnish Heard has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Antnish Heard has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 73347, 73640, and 86758 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Antnish Heard will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 73347, 73640, and 86758.
