ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF DARRELL EADDY ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 760192, 858426, AND 842177

WHEREAS, Darrell Eaddy has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Darrell Eaddy has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Darrell Eaddy has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 760192, 858426, and 842177 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Darrell Eaddy will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 760192, 858426, and 842177.
