ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JOSE DELCARPIO-BELTRA ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 63548

WHEREAS: Jose Delcarpio-Beltra has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS: Jose Delcarpio-Beltra has expressed a wiliness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS: Jose Delcarpio-Beltra has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 63548 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Jose Delcarpio-Beltra will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 63548.
