WHEREAS: Ms. Kitchens had two cars from 2006 to 2008, and

WHEREAS:  Ms. Kitchens states that one car was traded for another car which was repossessed, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Kitchens is asking for assistance with these accounts.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the tax and interest for accounts 645265, 662525, 681150 be forgiven.

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that for account number and 698352 the interest be forgiven and the tax be reduced to $350.00
