ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS AUTHORIZING THE CITY PLAN DEPARTMENT TO ENTER INTO A TWO-YEAR MULTI-YEAR CONTRACT WITH FITZGERALD & HALLIDAY, INC. (FHI) FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMPLETING VISION 2034, THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN’S PLAN OF CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT ALSO KNOWN AS THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.

WHEREAS, a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) was advertised, solicitation #2023-01-1513 New Haven Comprehensive Plan 2035 - Communications and Outreach and #2023-01-1514 New Haven Comprehensive Plan 2035 - Plan Development solicitations; and,
WHEREAS, Fitzgerald & Halliday, Inc., submitted a Proposal and was selected; and,
WHEREAS, the City Plan Department anticipates submission of the final plan document must to the Board of Alders for by the Board of Alders for approval by September 2025; and,
WHEREAS, $500,000 in funds are available for this item from line item from CF 3C222236-58693.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED that the New Haven Board of Alders, acting pursuant to Section 60 of the Charter of the City of New Haven approve a multi-year Agreement with Fitzgerald & Halliday, Inc. (FHI) for the following programs of work:
Communications and Outreach: $250,000
Plan Development: $250,000
