WHEREAS, Charles Neal III has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and

 

WHEREAS, Charles Neal III has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Charles Neal III has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this

account;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 88063, 87279, and 85569 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Charles Neal III will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 88063, 87279, and 85569
