WHEREAS: David M. Thompson Jr. wants to pay these tax bills; and

 

WHEREAS: David M. Thompson Jr. is asking for assistance with these accounts.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account numbers 803983 and 770578 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that David M. Thompson Jr. will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts 803983 and 770578.
