ORDER  OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ZORAIDA CORDERO-TORRES ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 824184

WHEREAS, Zoraida Cordero-Torres has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and

WHEREAS, Zoraida Cordero-Torres has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

WHEREAS, Zoraida Cordero-Torres has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 824184 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Zoraida Cordero-Torres will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 824184.
