ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF BRYDALE TRAYNHAM ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 95644, 103412, AND 104157

WHEREAS, Brydale Traynham has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Brydale Traynham has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Brydale Traynham has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 95644, 103412, and 104157 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Brydale Traynham will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 95644, 103412, and 104157.
