WHEREAS: Ms. Hernandez had a vehicle registered in New Haven in 2019, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Hernandez had this car towed due to unpaid taxes on May 20, 2019, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Hernandez paid all of the past due taxes on May 21, 2019, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Hernandez is asking for a refund of the interest that she paid.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest paid in the amount of $747.28 be refunded to Ms. Hernandez
