ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF LILLIAN RAWLS ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 93561

WHEREAS, Lillian Rawls has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Lillian Rawls has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Lillian Rawls has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 93561 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Lillian Rawls will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 93561.
