ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF DAVID SANTANA ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 95784, 97974, AND 97994

WHEREAS, David Santana has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, David Santana has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, David Santana has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 95784, 97974, and 97994 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that David Santana will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 95784, 97974, and 97994.
