WHEREAS, Herbert McPherson has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Herbert McPherson has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Herbert McPherson has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 830503 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Herbert McPherson will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 830503.
