ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JOSE L. DIAZ ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 0084053, 0064165, 0064166, 0064167, 0083975, 0064273, 0064274, 0064275

WHEREAS, Jose L. Diaz has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Jose L. Diaz has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Jose L. Diaz has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 0084053, 0064165, 0064166, 0064167, 0083975, 0064273, 0064274, 0064275 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Jose L. Diaz will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 0084053, 0064165, 0064166, 0064167, 0083975, 0064273, 0064274, 0064275 .
