ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF GREGORY TORRES-ROSA ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 818721, 835812, AND 804186

WHEREAS, Gregory Torres-Rosa has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Gregory Torres-Rosa has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Gregory Torres-Rosa has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 818721, 835812, and 804186 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Gregory Torres-Rosa will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 818721, 835812, and 804186.
