ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JULIAN SANTANA ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 95793, 95805, 97988, AND 98015.

WHEREAS: Julian Santana has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Julian Santana has expressed a wiliness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS: Julian Santana has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 95793, 95805, 97988, and 98015 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Julian Santana will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 95793, 95805, 97988, and 98015.
