ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF SERETA ALLEN ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 93387 AND 93388

WHEREAS, Sereta Allen has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Sereta Allen has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Sereta Allen has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 93387 and 93388 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Sereta Allen will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 93387 and 93388.
