WHEREAS, pursuant to State General Statutes and City Charter, the City has engaged the services of a certified public accounting firm to audit the financial statements of the City; and

WHEREAS, comprehensive annual financial report and complete set of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021 was submitted on the September 6, 2022

NOW, THERFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERS that fiscal year 2021 comprehensive annual financial report and complete set of audited financial statements be and hereby is read and filed.
