WHEREAS: Samaria L Victor has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS: Samaria L Victor has expressed a wiliness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS Samaria L Victor has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 107702 and 107933 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Samaria L Victor will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 107702 and107933.
