WHEREAS: Congregation B’nai Jacob is a non-profit organization, and

WHEREAS: Congregation B’nai Jacob owns a cemetery property on Whalley Avenue, and

WHEREAS: Westville Cemetery did not submit the required tax-exempt paperwork on time to the Assessor’s office, and

WHEREAS: This property was assessed for property taxes for GL 2025 and

WHEREAS: These the tax-exempt paperwork has been submitted and will be effective for the GL 2026.

NOW THERFORE BE IT ORDERED that the taxes, interest, and fees on account number 23609 be forgiven.
