ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ANTONIO L ARCOS 2ND ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 789630, 774702, 774703, 789628, 789629, AND 774704

WHEREAS, Antonio L Arcos 2nd has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Antonio L Arcos 2nd has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Antonio L Arcos 2nd has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 789630, 774702, 774703, 789628, 789629, and 774704 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Antonio L Arcos 2nd will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 789630, 774702, 774703, 789628, 789629, and 774704.
