ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JAMES DAVIS ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 63056, 63057, 63058, 83664, 83665, 63155, AND 62384

WHEREAS, James Davis has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, James Davis has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, James Davis has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 63056, 63057, 63058, 83664, 83665, 63155, and 62384 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that James Davis will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 63056, 63057, 63058, 83664, 83665, 63155, and 62384.
