ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF XAVIER J. POINDEXTER ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 91711 AND 92262.

WHEREAS, Xavier J. Poindexter has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Xavier J. Poindexter has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Xavier J. Poindexter has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 91711 and 92262 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Xavier J. Poindexter will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 91711 and 92262.
