WHEREAS: Manufacturing and Technical Community Hub is a non-profit organization, and

 

WHEREAS: Manufacturing and Technical Community Hub owns property at 20 Mill Street, and

 

WHEREAS: Manufacturing and Technical Community Hub did not submit the required tax-exempt paperwork on time to the Assessor’s office, and

 

WHEREAS: This property was assessed for property taxes for GL 2025 and

 

WHEREAS: The tax-exempt paperwork has been submitted and will be effective for the GL 2026.

 

NOW THERFORE BE IT ORDERED that the taxes, interest, and fees on account number 58200 be forgiven.
