WHEREAS: Abraham Gallishaw Jr., has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS: Abraham Gallishaw Jr., wants to pay these tax bills; and

 

WHEREAS: Abraham Gallishaw Jr., is asking for assistance with these accounts.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account numbers 69638, 85551, and 69367 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Abraham Gallishaw Jr., will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts 69638, 85551, and 69367.
