WHEREAS: Nyvia I. Cortes has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Nyvia I. Cortes wants to pay these tax bills; and
WHEREAS Nyvia I. Cortes is asking for assistance with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account number 759160 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Nyvia I. Cortes will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax account 759160.
