ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF SHANNA KAY PALMER ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 89435, 89685, AND 89749

WHEREAS, Shanna Kay Palmer has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Shanna Kay Palmer has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Shanna Kay Palmer has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 89435, 89685, and 89749 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Shanna Kay Palmer will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 89435, 89685, and 89749.
