WHEREAS: Mr. Harper has seven old car taxes due for Grand List 20220 through GL 2023, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Harper still has these cars, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Harper that he is too poor to pay, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Harper is requesting assistance from the Board of Alders with this old tax.
