ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF LESLIE TIMKO ON HER PROPERTY LOCATED AT 84 FRONT STREET, TAX ACCOUNT NUMBER 7796. 

Body

WHEREAS: Ms. Timko bought a condo located at 84 Front Street in March 2000, and

WHEREAS: The size of the condo was listed incorrectly in the Assessor’s office which resulted in her taxes being greater than they should have been, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Timko has been paying the incorrect tax amount for many years, and

WHEREAS: The Board of Alders made a correction to the taxes for this property in 2018, and

WHEREAS: The Assessor’s office made an addition correction to the value of the property in 2019, and 

WHEREAS: Ms. Timko is asking for assistance with this account for the 2019 correction.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that account number 7796 be reduced by $943.59.
