ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF SHANIKA S. PIERCE ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 89603 AND 89604.

WHEREAS Shanika S. Pierce has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Shanika S. Pierce wants to pay these tax bills; and
WHEREAS Shanika S. Pierce is asking for assistance with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account numbers 89603 and 89604 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Shanika S. Pierce will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts 89603 and 89604.
