WHEREAS: Ms. Timko bought a condo located at 84 Front Street in March 2000, and

WHEREAS: The size of the condo was listed incorrectly in the Assessor’s office which resulted in her taxes being greater than they should have been, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Timko has been paying the incorrect tax amount for many years, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Timko is asking for assistance with this account.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that a refund in the amount of $750.16 be made .
