ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF LEAH RUSSELL ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 97322

WHEREAS, Leah Russell has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Leah Russell has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Leah Russell has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 97322 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Leah Russell will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 97322.
