ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF CHRISTIAN CURIEL ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 61784, 61876, AND 62464

WHEREAS, Christian Curiel has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Christian Curiel has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Christian Curiel has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 61784, 61876, and 62464 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Christian Curiel will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 61784, 61876, and 62464.
